EAA presents KITPLANES with EAA Homebuilders Major Achievement Award

Kitplanes Magazine was honored by the EAA with a Homebuilders Major Achievement Award at AirVenture on Friday morning. EAA Experimental Community Manager Charlie Becker presented the award to Kitplanes Editor-in-Chief Paul Dye at a small ceremony in front of the One Week Wonder – a centerpiece project at this year’s annual Oshkosh AirVenture fly-in. The award recognizes Kitplanes’ 30 years of outstanding contributions to the homebuilt movement.

Louise Hose

Louise Hose is an instrument-rated, commercial pilot who regularly flies her RV-6, her husband’s RV-8, and an RV-3B and a Dream Tundra, which they built together. They live in Dayton Valley Airpark in Nevada. She also edits the monthly, free digital newsletter, The Homebuilder’s Portal by KITPLANES®.
