Things are looking up as I write this however - a Cessna just took off on runway 27, and the sky to the northwest is getting noticeably brighter, so I expect this is just a short interlude of precipitation and it will be another good day to meet with aviation-minded friends, see what our insides try has to offer, and watching some fun flying as day three of Sun 'n Fun 2016 gets going.
If you can't make it to Florida this week, keep reading the reports here on Kitplanes to give you an idea what you're missing - and we hope to see everyone at Oshkosh in July!
